Elite Smart Energy Solutions is an end to end Energy Solutions business who offer consumers and businesses energy saving products to make their home more energy efficient while saving households $1000’s off their energy bills.

Our brand new Heat Pump and Air Con division has kicked off with a bang, consumers can now take advantage of generous rebates offered by the state government’s Solar Victoria division, STC Rebates and further incentives offered under the Victorian Energy Upgrades Program making it extremely attractive for the consumer to switch from Gas hot water to a highly efficient electric Heat Pump.

We currently have 12 gun consultants, calling our strong marketing leads making sales each day earning hundreds of dollars per sale per product once installed, our experienced consultants are taking home thousands of dollars per week. We supply high quality warm leads generated from our database and social media platforms. No cold calling!!

We have 2 roles available within each division, either in our South Melbourne based office, or working from home commission only roles, with much higher earnings.

Successful candidates we would be looking for would be sales guns who have worked 2 years with a history of success in direct sales within the renewable, Solar, Air Con and Heat pump industries. Please note we are only taking on applicants with the above experiences, any applicant with experience outside of the above industries will not be contacted.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Contact every lead multiple times a day
• Provide savings and influence customers to choose our brand
• Produce 1-2 sales everyday minimum which will earn you $2500 - $5000 per week 
• Handling common objections and building trustworthy relationships with our customers
• Provide customers with knowledge on why they need to switch from gas to an electric Heat Pump
• Provide customers knowledge on switching from gas heating to electric Aircon units.
• Close every deal on the table

What we are looking for: 

• Sales guns, we won't entertain anything less than the best
• Commission only or hourly rare gurus who have successful past experience working a similar role
• Money hungry individuals that are willing to work constantly
• Minimum 5 days a week to start with, if you prove your abilities in your first month we can discuss more flexible working hours or working from home.
• Work ethic and a positive attitude every day 
• An ideal candidate would be someone with solar or VEU experience and at least 3-5 years of successful direct telephone sales experience 
• All of our current consultants have years of experience selling high end solar or energy efficient products
