Our client, a highly respected locally based Air Conditioning and Refrigeration organisation, is now offering an opportunity for a hard-working, self-motivated, and most importantly, passionate individual to commence an Apprenticeship.The RoleThe successful candidate will be trained up in all aspects of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning including:

• Determining job requirements from drawings and specifications
• Installation and service of refrigeration and Air Conditioning pipework, equipment and systems
• Working with flexible chords, plugs and wired electrical equipment associated with refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems
• Locate and correct faults in electrical equipment associated with refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems
• Test refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment and systems

This is a fantastic career-start opportunity to become trade qualified. As an apprentice, you will receive both on and off the job training working towards UEE32220 Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration which will see you employed directly by Kestrel by up to 4 years.Click for a general job descriptionPlease note that relevant Apprentice award rates will apply.Requirements

• Current Driver's Licence
• Completion of a work placement within electrical or a VET or VCAL program within Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (desirable)
• 100% commitment to undertaking this 4 year apprenticeship
• White card prior to commencement
