Skillset alongside a locally owned Air Conditioning and Heating Company are seeking applications for their new Apprenticeship opportunities in Orange, NSW. These entry-level roles are a great opportunity to gain hands on experience whilst learning from industry experts and complete either a:
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Certificate III in Plumbing
These qualifications are recognised on the Australian Apprenticeships Priority List. The successful candidates may be eligible for the Australian Apprentice Training Support Payment of up to $5000 over the first 2 years of the qualification.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing Air Conditioning/Refrigeration and Heating systems
- Use a variety of hand and power tools
- Troubleshooting
- Working on domestic and commercial sites
- Diagnosing issues and preforming maintenance, repairs, and installations
- And more!
We Want Individuals Who Ideally:
- Are able to demonstrate a genuine interest in a trade based career
- Have skills such as problem solving, trouble shooting and attention to detail
- Hold a White card (or willing to obtain)
- Hold a Drivers Licence
- Willing to obtain Working at Heights ticket in first few weeks of commencement
