AddressWe are Perth based Short Term Rental Management Company and we are seeking to fill a cleaning position to service our ever-growing portfolio. Casual or Permanent Part Time available.
Qualifications & Experience
You will need your own reliable vehicle and driver’s license to perform this role. Please note that public transport is not suitable for this role. Please do not apply if you don't have access to a reliable car.
Cleaning experience is necessary.
You will need a smartphone with reliable internet access.
Strong organizational abilities, enabling effective multitasking and prioritization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with staff and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding cleanliness standards and client satisfaction.
The successful applicants will have a good eye for detail, show up on time, work well unsupervised and take pride in their work.
More important than cleaning experience is that you care about our clients, your work and always striving to be better.
Tasks & responsibilities
Providing cleaning services including vacuuming, mopping, emptying rubbish bins, dusting, wiping surfaces, windows, toilets, bathrooms, kitchens and any other applicable areas, maintaining the cleanliness of properties.
Restocking consumables and ensuring each property is ready for the next guest check in.
Staff will be responsible for keeping job notes up-to-date and recording billing information from jobs.
Staff will generally be working alone, or in a team of two.
We are looking for one person to join our team for a minimum of 3 days a week and for those team members to commit to at least 6 -12 months with us. Option to add additional days once the candidate is deemed suitable for the role.
Hours required: 9am – 3pm.
General work locations include but are not limited to: Scarborough/ Cottesloe/Perth CBD/Leederville/Mullaloo.

We pay the above award wages for the WA Cleaning Award, with full entitlements plus 11% super .

The role will be on a casual basis and then the option to continue on as casual or move into a secure part-time role (which would include holiday and sick pay) if suitable.
