Responsibilities of the role:
Baggage Handling Agents play a crucial role in the essential "behind-the-scenes" operations at the airport. These positions, based on the airport tarmac, offer a unique opportunity to work in an area that few get to explore.
Our Ramp Service team carries out a wide range of responsibilities, including sorting, loading, and unloading baggage and cargo, providing cabin cleaning services, driving airside to relocate crew and essential ground support equipment, facilitating lavatory and water services, and even assisting with the pushback of aircraft in preparation for departure.
Working in this fast-paced and safety-oriented team environment, our employees are exposed to a dynamic and variable schedule that aligns with airline timetables. This includes early morning starts, late shifts, and weekends.

- Maintain good physical fitness as lifting up to 32kg is required
- Possess a valid Australian driver's license (either probationary or full) and have reliable transportation.
- You are fluent in English
- You have basic - intermediate computer skills
- You are a Permanent Australian Citizen/Resident with unlimited work rights
- Your flexibility extends to working across a 7-day roster, which includes early mornings, days, afternoons, evenings, and occasionally overnight shifts.
