Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. As a Floor Supervisor at Alia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include hosting, training floor staff, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional presentation and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work a fixed schedule from Wednesday to Saturday on a full-time basis.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide the floor staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Train and mentor floor staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling guest inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the management team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and handling cash transactions.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards.
