The mine site
Located in Orange in central NSW, this large UG hard rock mine supports the careers of up to 700 people in the local vicinity. The mine production division at site offers; -
- 7:7 roster - days/ nights (12-hour shifts)
- The chance to upskill on modern UG mining machinery
- A well-connected team culture, that believes in support and training
- A wide range of training and development options
- Option to DIDO, FIFO or relocate to Orange and sleep in your own bed each night
Accommodation & meals
For those DIDO or FIFO accommodation and meals will be provided at a camp facility 20 minutes from the mine site;-
- BIBO before and after each shift (provided by the company)
- Large rooms with en suite facilities (you'll have your own room to return to each swing, not shared)
- Excellent standard of food with a good spread each day for crib
Moving to central NSW (for those keen to relocate)

The role
Reporting to the shift boss on your crew you will enjoy working as an All Round Operator working on development Charge Up, bogger and some jumbo operations (where capable). Working in a close knit team you will be involved with;-
- Development Charge Up (50%)
- Bogger (30%)
- Service Crew (10%)
- Jumbo (10% if and where skilled)
Your skills and experience
You will come from a background working as an allRound Operator in an UG hard rock mine. You will also have;
- NSW open BEUL (advantageous not essential)
- 3-4+ years UG hard rock mining experience
- Experience with service crew, Charge Up, loader operations - essential
- Jumbo experience (highly regarded not essential)
- Excellent safety record and attitude towards safety
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
- NSW drivers license
