About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Allocation & Replenishment Analyst to join our Skechers team! As an Allocation & Replenishment Analyst you will be responsible for the allocation of merchandise to stores, this role supports the achievement of budgeted sales, gross profit and inventory productivity measures through accurate allocations. With an analytical approach to allocation accuracy this role has the opportunity to directly influence our profitability.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Allocation of stock to stores.
  • Maintaining store profiles.
  • Monitoring and managing receipts and deliveries into store and DC.
  • Monitoring warehouse stock and managing replenishment to stores.
  • Analysing sales trends and identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Size, store and profile analysis.
  • Consolidation of best sellers/last pairs and fragmented lines.
  • Analysing impacts of allocation decisions and making recommendations as a result.
  • Communication to stores and Retail Team.
  • Co-ordination of New Stores Stock Package.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail allocations in a similar role
  • Ability to understand data and analytics and make recommendations as a result.
  • A good understanding of merchandise inventory basics.
  • Ability to take a proactive approach and think strategically.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Detail orientated with an analytical mindset.
  • Strong Communication skills with direct team members and other teams within the business.
  • Affiliation with Accent Group Core values and "Make It Happen" attitude.
