Chisholm is seeking an experienced Alumni Program Development Lead to join our Marketing & Communications team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Alumni Program Development Lead is responsible for leading, researching, developing and recommending an Alumni Program for Chisholm that enhances student experience, builds a sense of community and drives life-long learning.

In this role the incumbent will immerse themselves in current state at Chisholm, across all delivery areas, to understand current and past students’ needs and where Chisholm can add value to their educational journeys.

The Alumni Program Development Lead will work with key Chisholm Working Groups such as the Pathways Working Group to help identify and drive internal current student articulation. They will also align work direction to key Chisholm strategies including the Higher Education College Pathway Strategy and the Youth Pathways Strategy.

The Alumni Program Development Lead will be proficient in generating data-driven, accurate and nuanced reports using first-, second- and third-person research, culminating in an Institute-wide Alumni Program recommendation.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly motivated individual with extensive project management experience driving multi-faceted projects for a variety of audiences in complex organisations.

You will have proven experience leading and building programs of change and have proficient in data demystification with an exceptional ability to extract correct insights and have proven and deep understanding of customer-first methodology and how to translate into the business environment, with a focus on high-quality customer care.

You will also have highly skilled in developing organisational-aligned strategies and delivering their subsequent operationalisation together with superior stakeholder relationship management skills including the ability to drive cross-collaboration and garner buy-in across all levels of the organisation.

Qualifications required for the role:

Relevant post-graduate level qualification in a marketing, communications or events-related field with demonstrable research and project management experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or training and research and project management experience.
