In a training capacity, you will contribute to the provision of an Anaesthesia Service at the Mount Gambier and Districts Health Service working between Mount Gambier and Millicent. 
You will provide professional Anaesthetic care to all patients allocated to your current department, in consultation with the responsible Consultants, Nurses and Allied Health professionals. Conducting wards rounds and attending outpatient clinics, you will assist in elective theatre operating sessions on a scheduled basis.
You may also attend to patients in the Emergency Department as required. As part of your role, you will actively participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities and audits, along with participating in Anaesthetic research projects as required by the Head of Anaesthesia. Mount Gambier & District Health Service is the largest hospital in rural South Australia.
