To support our growth, Perenti seeks to engage a highly efficient and reliable Corporate Business Analyst to join our Corporate Finance and Corporate Technology team.


The role reports to the Manager Financial Planning and Analysis and as the Corporate Business Analyst, the main responsibility of the role is to support the Corporate Finance and Corporate Technology team whilst helping to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

Month end accounting requirements for the Corporate Function including accruals and cost allocations
Ensure the integrity of Corporate financial information, including preparation and posting of accounting adjustments, accounting advice to stakeholders and ensuring adherence to group financial control standards
Monthly reporting and variance analysis supporting the Corporate Function
Provide support to the FP&A Manager and Corporate Business Partner to enhance cost visibility and accountability
Identify and implement process improvements in planning & reporting to create efficiencies.
Other financial reporting & analysis duties, as required

Experience and Qualifications:

Required experience, skills & qualifications:
Tertiary accounting qualification
CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
3 years' experience in accounting or analyst role with demonstrated technical accounting skills and analytical skills
A keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to work
Good communication and presentation skills and the ability to communicate to non-financial stakeholders
Proficient use of Excel
ERP experience preferred but not essential

The role will be based at the Perenti office in the Perth CBD.
