As the Analytics Manager - MDCA, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and craft our marketing strategies through data-driven insights. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives and improving the experiences of our candidates and hirers.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Lead team rhythms, mentorship, and cultivate a collaborative culture.
• Generating Insights for Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to derive valuable insights that drive business growth.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Lead analytical projects to drive targeted solutions and increase return on investment.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across sales, product, strategy, and more to understand priorities and deliver impactful insights.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and drive initiatives to improve analytics capabilities.
• Data Governance and Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain data governance standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Proven analytics experience professional with a track record of delivering business action and change in a commercial environment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a focus on effectively managing relationships with various parties involved.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities and passionate about driving business outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, R, Python, or similar languages, and large-scale data platforms and marketing technology suite experience.
• Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant subject area (commerce, marketing, economics.
