The Opportunity
Stockland is looking for an Anaplan Delivery Manager to be Responsible for the strategy, roadmap, design, delivery, operation, management and improvement of the Anaplan solution in. The ideal candidate should have a good financial acumen, solid analytical mindset, great interpersonal communications, diligent time management skills, be team-oriented and have a strong work ethic.
This successful applicant will become the subject matter expert of Anaplan at Stockland and will be expected to administrate, develop, and manage Anaplan models & dashboards.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Contribute directly to the strategy, development and quality of the strategic IT Service and the company's service delivery capability.
- Develop key partnerships with Business stakeholders to effectively deliver outcomes.
- Develop key relationship with software vendors to influence and maintain visibility of upcoming changes that may be useful to Stockland.
- Own category / domain specific IT Services and ensure their effective design, delivery, operation, management including financials and improvement to meet the business needs.
- Active stakeholder and driver in underlying operations process and supporting services, to direct continuous improvements across the supporting teams to meet existing customer contract/statement of work, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) and compliance requirements.
- Create, monitor, and report on a comprehensive set of metrics and KPIs based on the IT service deliverables and the documented business requirements of the service.
- Develop both short- and long-term service and process strategy, performance goals and maturity levels to be achieved over a specified time-period in accordance with IT service management principles.
- Partner and collaborate with other teams to deliver a holistic IT Service Management program with a coordinated set of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work within the Stockland management structure to provide thought leadership on service development, the current service dimensions, roadmap, and strategic direction.
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders on all activities being undertaken and outcomes achieved.
- Assure all design, build, and implementation activities undertaken on the Anaplan solution
- Perform all required Anaplan administration activities to deliver a stable and effective solution for the userbase
About You
- Degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or other analytics related fields, and/or extensive relevant experience.
- Anaplan Solution Architect certification
- Minimum 3 years of model building experience in Anaplan
- 3+ years in managing key business and vendor relationships.
- Experience with system implementation life-cycles
- Anaplan work package administration
- Experience with enterprise forecast and budget lifecycles
- Hands on experience with supporting Anaplan integration with other business systems - e.g. SAP, Salesforce
- Good working knowledge of agile delivery methods
- Excellent relationship management and communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conceptualise and communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable manner.
- Good commercial awareness and experience in planning and estimating.
- Ability to work independently and in a virtual environment setting
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record in delivery
