Your Local Government is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Animal and Pest Services Assistant to join their growing team. - $34.00 hourly rate + Super
- Sunday to Thursday (7.30am to 4.00pm)
- Kingston Location - Work Close to home!
- Casual ongoing, full time hourly basis

A Day in the Life
Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Maintenance of animal facilities
- Daily feeding, exercising, and grooming of impounded animals (including cattle)
- Retrieving impounded cats and dogs
- Monitoring animal behaviour and reporting potential issues
- Showing impounded animals to community members for identification
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a current 'C' Class License
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment functional assessment
- Holds a current First Aid Certificate
- Must have current vaccinations for Tetanus and Q Fever. This can be provided by the employer, not at the cost of the applicant
- Previous experience within a similar role is highly regarded
