We are looking for an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Analyst to join our Risk and Compliance team, within our Superannuation Services division.

About the role
Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will be part of the Risk and Compliance team who are responsible for protecting members’ funds through governance, risk management and compliance policies and systems.
What this position involves
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the activities of the Anti-money Laundering/Countering Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) Program and Fraud and Corruption Control Plan
- AML/CTF screening for sanctions, politically exposed persons/excluded individuals, beneficial owners/third party vendors and media/social media scanning
- Reviewing ongoing customer due diligence and transaction analysis
- Conducting AML reviews on the Employee Due Diligence Program and Conflict of Interest Policy
- Investigating, recording, and analysing suspicious matter incidents
- Researching and providing advice on internal control design and implementation
- Demonstrating the expected behaviours of the leadership context for this role
Who we are looking for

- Over two years’ experience in risk management, law enforcement or internal audit within the public sector or financial services industry
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field of risk management, financial crimes, audit or business is desirable
