We are seeking a proactive and experienced ANUM with a passion for Oncology to join our client's dynamic team at the Day Infusion Centre.
This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary range of up to AUD104,601.12 (depending on your level of experience) where you can make a real difference in the Healthcare & Social Services sector.

Preferred Requirements:

• Provide effective leadership and coordination within the Oncology nursing team.
• Demonstrate expertise in ANUM responsibilities and possess a strong understanding of Oncology nursing practices.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based nursing care and support the development of innovative care initiatives.
• Participate in staff education and professional development activities to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and positive patient experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
• Current Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Postgraduate qualification in Oncology nursing will be highly regarded.
