We are looking for enthusiastic and engaged fitness professionals to join our team in two exciting roles. We are currently seeking:
- Club Manager - Full Time
- Assistant Club Manager - Part Time
About the roles
Our Anytime Fitness Club Management team is key to the successful running of our Anytime Business. These roles will ensure we provide high quality customer service to our members, maintains high standards within the gym and achieves club targets for membership growth, retention, visits and member satisfaction.
What you bring to the roles – skills and experience
To thrive in thisrole, you will bring your health club experience and people management to our team.
You will also bring:
- Commercial focus and business acumen.
- A strong sales focus, preferably gained in a fitness environment.
- Strong service delivery orientation with the ability to build member engagement and promote member retention.
- Ability to interact positively with management, co-workers, members, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify possible issues and problem solve them along the way.
- Basic marketing knowledge, with the ability to plan and execute local campaigns, is advantageous, as is social media and digital competency.
- Previous fitness industry experience and/or Cert III and Cert IV fitness qualifications desirable.
- Current First Aid, CPR and WWVP cert.
