Job description

The Specialised Nutrition division of Danone is a recognised leader in the provision of specialised nutritional products and solutions, consistently striving to offer highly innovative products and services to our customers in the hospital and at home. We are looking for an ANZ Pump Coordinator to be part of our talented and passionate Pumps team based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role, a 12-month fixed-term opportunity with the possibility to extend the tenure.
Reporting to Team Leader – Pumps, you will Coordinate and execute the end-to-end process of Flocare pump and related stock management as outlined in the tender agreement within their ANZ territory.
Your responsibilities will also include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinate the management, distribution, and maintenance of all Flocare feeding pumps and related stock across ANZ territory
  • Coordinate and manage the pumps and related stock within the hospitals/facilities across the territory
  • Accurate update and maintenance of the internal database and movements of pumps and distribution documents
  • Support the Nurse Connect team with troubleshooting queries from patients and hospitals.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with all internal stakeholders to provide support to meet business KPI’s
You are a dynamic admin professional with strong attention to detail, collaborative skills, and an inclusive working style, with an agile mindset. Your prior experience in an administration or office management role will be highly advantageous. You have a positive attitude, are easy to get along with, and have a natural flair for building rapport with great people skills.
To be successful you will also have:
  • Prior experience in a patient centric environment.
  • Some understanding of SAP and/or Salesforce will be advantageous
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Good MS Office suite skills will be preferred
  • Sound planning and organization skills with an ability to work with shifting priorities
