AO3 Administration/Levies Officer

About the Organisation:
An opportunity to work with the State Government as a Levies Service officer. You will work to resolve enquiries from levy payers and provide a range of services as per below.
About the Role:

• You will assist with managing the incoming calls to the levies team.
• You will suggest improvements to systems, work practices and processes.
• You will provide support to the administrative and processing requirements of the levies team.
• You will process levy revenue and project finalisation using the customer relationship management and finance systems
• You will make sure correct processes are followed by clients and report and or follow up on non-compliance issues that have arisen.

About You:

• You will have an outstanding communication style that builds relationships and strengthens existing connections.
• You will actively contribute to system improvements and provide feedback on performance issues.
• You will familiarise yourself with complex legislation and policies surrounding your departments responsibilities.
• You will be able to think critically, and assess risk, and identify potential false or fraudulent claims.

Benefits:

• $46.27 per hour - $51.34 per hour + Super
• Full-Time hours, Monday-Friday
• 2nd January 2024 start date
• Temporary Assignment until 30th June 2024
• North Brisbane Location
