Queensland has an abundant ecosystem that requires proactive and calculated management of its biosecurity and native fauna and flora. The opportunity has arisen for an experienced A04 Operational Controller to become part of their team.
About the role:
- Providing quality customer service to clients concerned by aerial operations, responding to enquiries and accurately recording details on relevant databases.
- Provide quality communications to both internal and external stakeholders relating to the Program's operations.
- Providing operational and administrative support to ensure the timely delivery of aerial operations.
- Collate, record, monitor and edit client data using departmental system and applications.
- Work autonomously in both office and outdoor based officer as per operational requirements.
- Required to travel within different locations of Brisbane.
- Must be willing to travel throughout Brisbane to multiple locations.
- Provide exceptional supervisory skills.
- Required to have a current "C" class drivers license.
- You will have advanced IT skills including MS Office packages.
- You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and able to communicate at all levels.
- ASAP start pending police clearance.
- Temporary assignment until end of June 2024.
- Full time hours Monday to Friday.
- Ipswich location.
- $52.25 per hour + super.
