• Must have AGSVA Clearance - Baseline or above.

We are seeking an Application / Functional Architect to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work outside the typical office environment and gain hands-on experience in technical support. We are looking for candidates who are positive, energetic, and eager to learn, as training will be provided to develop the necessary skills and knowledge for success in this role.
Essential Skills Required:

• Strong collaboration and communications skills with a broad range of stakeholders including business users, business analysts, other architects, application development teams and external SaaS service providers involved in delivery of the Future Service Delivery Model.
• Extensive experience in guiding stakeholder teams in translating high level business requirements into detailed functional designs (screens, screen flows, data attributes, data flows and integrations between systems)
• Extensive experience in working with technical stakeholder teams to prepare integrated technical designs (derived from the functional designs), spanning multiple technologies, and involving complex interactions between systems.
• An ability to manage uncertainty, ambiguity and change to produce well understood and documented application architecture that meets the needs of business and technical stakeholders and supports the Future Service Delivery Model.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working with CRM, ERP and other configurable software products.
• Experience with integration (APIs/Web Services) and Cloud-based Integration Services such as those offered by Azure.
