- Extensive experience in application packaging, updating and deployment for a modern cloud-based Windows platform.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting application issues involving other enterprise systems such as Windows Desktop SOE, Entra ID, Intune, DHCP, DNS, firewalls.
- Prioritise new support requests and existing work orders, provide timely and effective technical support as required.
- Skill in preparing written communications and materials such as knowledge base articles and technical instructional documents.
