Our Opportunity:
Join a great team of Technicians here in Melbourne where you will be trained on all aspects of domestic appliance repair. In this role, there will be a mix of on-the-job training and college modules to complete. Work alongside a passionate team that will support you along the way to set you up for success. This is your opportunity to gain exposure to a leading Global firm, working with some of the best in industry.
Day to day, in this role you will:
- Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals, and training sessions.
- Support the workshop while gaining the skills to perform basic repairs while learning the essentials of appliance servicing.
- Complete all paperwork, forms, and other documents as they relate to service work.
- Undertake road service work as directed.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A dedicated and positive attitude to self-development
- Technically minded with good problem-solving skills
- Customer centric with a high moral compass
- Previous Electrical or Appliance Repair experience advantageous
- Strong written, verbal skills and strong PC skills
