About this opportunity
You will complete a Certificate III in Arboriculture through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience on job sites, you will have the opportunity to:
- Undertake tasks such as tree pruning, tree management, tree stump removal and much more.
- Cleaning up the job site, including feeding branches into the chipper machine.
- Participate in safety operations & training
- Use hand and power tools and equipment to trim trees as chipper machine, chainsaw etc.
- Assist in general maintenance duties that are within the limits of the skills, competence and ability of a trainee.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and take direction
- Honest and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit and able to withstand the physical demands of the job
- Ideally have a white card
- Drivers Licence
