AddressRyan's Quality Meats, a thriving family-owned butcher and foodservice establishment, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Butcher Apprentice. With a rich heritage spanning over five decades, Ryan's Quality Meats specializes in providing top-quality beef, lamb, pork, poultry, and gourmet products to wholesale, retail, and foodservice clients.
Our Butchers pride themselves on the role that they play in the development of our team. Working as a part of an enthusiastic team applicants will be expected to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to work within a team and take initiative
- Genuine passion and a hands-on approach
- Dedication to Occupational Health, Safety, and Food Standards
- A customer-centric mindset
- Availability to work alternating Saturdays until 1 pm (Depending on rostering)
Candidates must commit to a comprehensive three-year training program, combining practical on-the-job experience with classroom learning. Training will be conducted onsite under the guidance of experienced mentors and trainers.
