Apprentice Drill Fitter (HD) - GreenbushesAction Drill & Blast | Regional WAClosing date: 07/04/2024Action Drill & Blast is a leading provider of integrated drilling and blasting services in Australia.We have a positive team culture based on our core values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork and Innovation and we provide our employees with a safe and friendly work environment.Our large Epiroc drill fleet is modern and maintained to the highest standard.We are currently seeking expressions of interest from persons seeking an Heavy Duty Fitter Apprenticeship for a full 4 year course; or who may be mid-way through a current related mechanical apprenticeship seeking a Drill Fitter pathway (prior performance pending).Action Drill & Blast is keen to support members of the local community in this career opportunity and encourage applications from the surrounding areas of the Greenbushes Mine Site.Your registered training will be delivered via South Regional TAFE, Bunbury.The roster will be 7 shifts on; 7 days off; typically 12 hour shifts.Our experienced maintenance team will support your learning across Epiroc drill rigs, heavy rigid support trucks, IT loaders and associated equipment to become successful inPerforming scheduled drill servicingPerforming unscheduled repairsPrioritising workloads or unscheduled repairs when requiredMaintaining and servicing light vehicles, support trucks and trailersFulfilling all safety requirements and maintenance reporting needs.ESSENTIALS TO APPLYPossess a current, active Australian Drivers Licence * Demonstrated Language, Literacy and Numeracy competency (minimum completion of Year 10)

• Reside within 50km of the Greenbushes Mine Site, South West WA
• Reliable transport
• Right to work in Australia
