About the Opportunity

Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking an Apprentice Fitter / Machinist to join our highly motivated team and help to build upon our growing service capabilities.

Your tasks will include:

  • Troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on a range of hydraulic equipment
  • Understanding and interpreting operational manuals, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to perform maintenance and repairs as required.
  • Operating machinery to produce parts by turning, milling, honing, grinding, or drilling metal stock or components.
  • Measurement of seals, bores, rods, and other components.
  • Contributing to team meetings

About You

  • Basic Knowledge of hand tools, mechanical repairs, and servicing of equipment.
  • A current Australian Driver’s license.
  • Strong work ethic with experience working in a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer centric mind-set
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
