Who we are seeking
Designed to Stick are seeking a person who is keen to commit to a trainee apprenticeship opportunity within the print industry. Someone who is interested in producing quality labels in a smaller sized, clean, air conditioned plant working within a great team environment and utilising modern equipment. Ideally we are looking for a recent school leaver or early career seeker.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a relevant print manufacturing course with a qualified training institution which we will arrange. The set training modules are undertaken onsite with guidance and supervision by our excellent qualified printers. There are also components to be completed online outside of working hours.
With us, the apprentice will learn the process of flexographic printing alongside qualified printers learning the skills of operating print machinery. Firstly assisting with preparation and completion of tasks, then as training progresses, preparing material, monitoring and running a print press which may involve applying solutions to unpredictable issues.
