Roof Plumbing:
As a Roof Plumbing Apprentice you will be working with qualified tradesmen who will teach you all parts of the trade. Where you will gain physical experience and complete a Cert III in Roof Plumbing whilst attending TAFE.
Duties May Include:
- Work on Commercial, domestic, industrial, franchise worksites
- New builds and repair work
- Select and install roof sheeting and wall cladding
- Fabricate and install roof drainage components and external flashings
- Install roof components and composite roof systems
- Install roof coverings to curved roof structures
- Fix insulation to roofs
- Screw corrugated roof sheeting to trusses
- Work on sites around Tamworth/Armidale area.
Candidate Requirements:
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Must have Drivers license
- Have own tools or be prepared to purchase
- White Card essential
- Be prepared to work in tough weather conditions
- Be able to work and communicate effectively in a team
