The Position:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working 2nd Year Apprentice Vehicle Spray Painter to join our Paint shop based at Altona North.
If you are willing and eager to learn, we have the means to provide training and support to enable your success!
What you will do:
- Reporting to Spray Painter and follow instructions on assisting with Vehicle paint processes including Colour matching, buffing and also carrying out minor repairs as per Job sheet
- Observe spray painting techniques and complete assessments.
- The ability to work as part of the team.
- Adhere to our OH&S policy including PPE
What you will bring:
- A current unrestricted manual driver’s licence
- A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry
- Eager learner, quick to pick up skills, attention to detail and quality
- Be HSE conscious and demonstrate safety awareness
- Team player with good time management and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethics and reliable
Nice to have:
- Vehicle spray painting apprenticeship experience
