Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Stonemason. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in stonemasonry while working alongside experienced professionals. Responsibilities:

1. Assist experienced stonemasons in preparing materials such as stone blocks, bricks, or tiles.

2. Learn how to use various tools and equipment used in stonemasonry, including chisels, hammers, grinders, polishers, etc.

3. Assist with setting out patterns or designs on stones according to project specifications.

4. Learn techniques for cutting or shaping stones using manual or mechanical methods.

5. Help mix mortar or adhesives for securing stones together.

6. Clean finished surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and methods.

7. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

8. Follow safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred but not required.

2. No prior experience in stonemasonry is necessary; however, any related experience would be advantageous.

3. Willingness to learn from experienced professionals in the field of stonemasonry.

4.Proven ability to work well within a team environment.

Note: This position requires physical exertion and the ability to work in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
