- Strong understanding of traineeships and apprenticeships
- Knowledge of the Australian training framework highly desirable
- Strong administration skills and high attention to detail

- High level of customer service and communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in Excel. Experience with SharePoint would be a benefit.
