Vacancy Position: Approval and Liaison Manager 

Our cold store provides an exceptionally high level of customer service for its clients and offer a service of Storage and Logistics that are second to none. The staff involved are of the highest calibre with expertise in their specific area of responsibilities.

We are currently seeking an organised, enthusiastic and communicative Approval and Liaison Manager to join our Team at Morningside QLD. 

This position certifies that our company internal and external clients receives management support and service that is courteous, efficient, prompt, reliable and provides a quality level that is satisfactory or exceeds the customers’ expectations. You will act as the middle person between the company and our clients to streamline operations, enhance communications and resolve issues and generally ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible with our clients. 

Skills 

  • Excellent team leadership and friendly customer service 
  • Experience in administration management and customer service 
  • Exceptional work ethic 
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing of work requirements 
  • Ability learn and execute software’s efficiently 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and other software (MYOB, Ironbark and Swiftpos, etc). 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems Analytically and mathematically minded to analyse data and create necessary reports 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Ability to complete tasks within the deadlines. and sometimes high-pressure environment 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Knowledge about import and export requirements. 
  • Provide specialist advice in matters relating to information and records management to both users and management. 
  • Undertake system administration tasks, maintenance and perform regular quality 
  • Develop and regularly monitor, in consultation with team members, individual performance objectives, skill acquisition and personal development plans. 
  • Develops training modules. 
  • Overseeing the inventory management for clients and reviewing weekly reporting of stock control. Software to do the inventory management 
  • Enforces Organisation’s OH&S and Risk procedures with contractors and consultants 
  • Ability to develop key recommendations of an organisations structure and apply key models to enhance the business. 
  • Ability to recommend environment sustainability and health and safety management. 
  • Project management and Strategic planning. 
  • Updating and creating streamlining for the business’s internally and externally activities. 

Experience and Qualifications Requirements 

  • 3 years of work experience in the related position 
  • Experience in the field for export and import supply chain and logistics nationally and internationally. 
  • Bachelor of Business Management Degree
