We are looking for a hard working Appt setter, who is happy to have communication with inbound e-com business leads looking for help. 

No cold Calling, inbound lead appointment setting & lead management!

What’s the role all about?

You will be nurturing conversations with Inbound Leads and settingappointments in a proven system of success. This is one of those rare positions where we spend large amounts of money to bring business in for you to nurture, and so this means we need the right fit!

SO - How do the leads flow for you as an appointment setter?

We have Inbound Leads coming from our advertising to you the appointment setter that prequalifies appointments so our salespeople only sit qualified appointments for our services.

You will have the opportunity to gather information through our proven frameworks to situate the customer into a good position to work with us.

Once prequalification is complete you will give our sales team the lead to close. 

Currently we have the ability to increase lead flow to create more opportunities, so there will be no shortage of appointments set for you.

The other way we have leads come in is through social media/sell by chat where you can book people into a meeting from a proven script we use on facebook/instagram. 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Loves to be on the phone, having conversations to nurture customers in their sales journey
  • Fluent in english
  • Understands Pipeline management (CRM) (We use Go high level) 
  • Motivated both by self and by a surrounding team culture
  • Loves to have a bit of fun (shoot some pool on lunch with the squad.... Yes we have a pool table lol)
  • Has above average spelling and grammar
  • Attention to detail
  • Open to training with the team to get better with our clients
  • Assists in improving the sales system for the better
  • Value first - aim to add value to the clients you speak to - no commission breath here.
  • Open to progressing into a sales role in the future.
  • Has specific goals they would like to achieve

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must speak english
  • Demonstrate a history of working in Sales, cold call, sdr, or door knocking roles with success
  • OPEN to learning and taking on feedback
  • You must be self-motivated and able to generate qualified leads for your sales team
  • It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and professional conduct with clients and colleagues
  • A high attention to detail
  • Must have CRM experience
