AddressOur client is a dynamic team within a federal agency, dedicated to providing exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities. As an APS3 Participant Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring participants receive the assistance they need to navigate their support effectively.
We have current vacancies in their Busselton and Albany offices. It is an 18 month assignment, possibility to be extended based on business needs. Pay rate is $37.36/hr. You must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for these roles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve participant matters in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Provide counter/reception support, assist participants with enquiries, and refer them to appropriate services.
- Manage email, appointments, and telephone enquiries.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure facilities are accessible for participants.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and perform data entry.
- Receive and record complaints and feedback.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in administrative support preferred.
- Basic research and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing email and appointments.
- Ability to handle complaints and feedback with professionalism.
- Must be an Australian citizen.
