Job description

Join our renowned Federal Government client based in Perth CBD as a Reportable Incident Officer. As part of their dedicated team, you'll play a crucial role in assessing, monitoring, and managing Reportable Incidents in line with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a meaningful impact in safeguarding the rights of people.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders including regulatory bodies and service providers.
  • Complete assessments of incidents within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
  • Provide education and training to providers on incident identification, prevention, and response.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders to facilitate the Commission's work
  • Contribute to building a learning culture and sharing expertise within the team.
  • Enjoy a supportive and dynamic work environment where your contributions are valued.

Required skills and experience:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen and based out of Perth, WA.
  • Prior experience in handling calls, demonstrating strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, complaints management or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and monitor incidents effectively.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and escalate complex incidents appropriately.
