About the Role:
- Undertake complex investigative work guided by legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Provide technical, professional, and operational support.
- Conduct interviews, prepare statements, and manage evidential material.
- Assist in strategic planning and policy development to support our client's objectives.
- Represent our client in criminal and civil court proceedings.

About You:
- Certificate IV in Government Investigations or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and managing confidential information.
- Experience in producing accurate reports and communicating with partner agencies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Willingness to travel domestically and work extended hours if required.
- Must obtain and maintain a security clearance at "Negative Vetting Level 1".
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in providing evidence in criminal or civil court.
- Familiarity with preparing briefs of evidence.
