Key Responsibilities:
- Assist families in integrating into their communities and managing the unique aspects of military life.
- Organize events and activities that support and enrich the lives of these families.
- Develop and maintain strong community links between families, the wider Australian community, and our organization.
- Respond to operational, procedural, administrative, and business support enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with work practices, procedures, and policies.
- Understand and apply corporate requirements, including relevant legislation and established principles to achieve work area outcomes.
- Assist in preparing written submissions, reports, and other correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of military lifestyle and requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to occasionally work out of business hours to attend events and functions with military families.
- Willingness to travel as required.
