Are you experienced in business administration and management within government or defense sectors? We're seeking APS5 and APS6 professionals with prior experience in planning, managing, and performing a variety of business support, clerical, administrative, and managerial activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Experience and competency using Defence corporate business systems
- Coordinating administrative and business support activities for Branches, Directorates, or teams, and identifying risks to determine appropriate actions to meet stakeholder needs.
- Executing both simple and complex procedural, operational, administrative, and business support tasks crucial for achieving outcomes.
- Interpreting relevant legislation, policies, strategies, and business requirements to apply them effectively within the work area.
- Offering advice and services pertaining to various corporate, administration, and business support activities.
- Engaging and negotiating with stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes.
- Developing and implementing procedural, operational, corporate, administrative, and business support documentation aligned with business objectives.
A Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) clearance is mandatory for this role.
