The Claims Client Experience team is responsible for enhancing the experience of Comcare’s claims clients including employees, employers and other stakeholders. The team develops methods to determine claims’ stakeholder experiences and identify projects to improve (including through user-centred design), including service recovery activities. The team coordinates communities of practice across employer, provider and claimant experience. The team is multi-disciplinary, agile, and diverse and works across the group and Comcare to help support and enable claims outcomes. The Senior Claims Data and Reporting Officer works as part of an agile team driving Claims Management Group’s data knowledge, stewardship, analysis and Reporting. This role works to facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and translate these into user stories for development. The Senior Claims Data and Reporting Officer reports to the Assistant Director, Claims Data and Reporting and may assist in the supervision of other team members. Qualifications/Experience Highly Desirable Qualifications or competencies in a relevant field such as psychology, statistics, data science or data governance and analytics.
