Aqua Golf Supervisor

Panthers Penrith is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Aqua Golf Supervisor to join their busy Aqua Golf Team.
About the Role …
We are currently seeking a vibrant and hardworking individual to join our team on a part time basis. Committed to proving exceptional customer service, you will have the ability to work efficiently and pro-actively as you learn to perform the various tasks at Aqua Golf. You will take pride in your appearance and your workplace and will demonstrate exceptional communication skills to our guests.
Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

• Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests;
• Ball sales Cash handling duties and
• Collection of balls including driving of ball collection boat;
• Supervising staff;
• Closing the site and ensuring service is ready for the next day;
• General cleaning duties as required and;
• Resolving customer enquiries;

This is a physical job, including being on your feet, moving bins & equipment and driving the ball collection boat.
About you …
You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available 24/7 to work as required including nights, weekends and public holidays. This position is supervising the afternoon and night shifts.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:

• A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• High standard of personal grooming;
• A history of accurate cash handling is essential;
• Prior experience managing a team is desired;
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and;
• Basic mechanical knowledge would be advantageous.
