ArchiCAD Drafter - Residential Housing

This home builder has a a long-standing brand in the New South Wales home building market. They have been in operation for over 30 years and build 200 homes a year.Job Requirements:

• The production of construction documentation and details is a core responsibility for this role.
• Liaison with estimators and site managers to ensure seamless coordination throughout the construction process.
• Project coordination to maintain project schedules and ensure timely deliverables.
• Provide drawings and documentation for tenders, masters, and site plans.
• Prepare sketches, plans, working drawings, and site specifications to meet project requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in producing detailed documentation of site plans for various projects.
• Construction detailing

The MUST haves:

• Be able to understand the Design & Construct requirements
• Thorough construction knowledge
• Able to read plans thoroughly without supervision
• Experience in ArchiCAD
• Monday-Friday office based
