Role and Responsibilities:
As an Architectural Drafter, you will play a crucial role in our drafting and design team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating detailed working drawings for residential projects.
- Liaising with local shires and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensuring all drawings meet building codes and standards.
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in residential building drafting.
- A deep understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in using ArchiCAD software.
