Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative business plans and marketing strategies to propel our planners towards their goals.
- Identify opportunities and schedule appointments to attract new clients, ensuring continuous growth for FFS and FIS.
- Drive operational efficiency by managing internal projects and fostering seamless operations.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, supporting planners in meeting regulatory standards.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to empower our planners to excel.
- Proactively address challenges to foster mutual success for planners and FFS.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a business or practice development manager role.
- Strong background or education in training, coaching, or development.
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Collaborative team player with outstanding organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in financial planning principles; RG146 qualification preferred.
- Understanding of key financial areas such as superannuation, risk, investment, taxation, Centrelink, and lending (desirable).
Key Performance Indicators:
- Measure your success through productivity, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Maintain a proactive visitation schedule and effective telephone communication.
- Implement robust business plans and drive improvement within your sphere of influence.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and successful project transitions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Fiducian's software and adherence to compliance standards.
