Are you an experienced and dedicated Cluster / Area Manager or Site Manager looking for a new challenge in healthcare management? Carlisle Health, Exact Radiology Brisbane, is seeking dynamic individuals to oversee the efficient and effective performance of a designated group of metropolitan sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage labour resources effectively, including Annual Leave, Casuals, Overtime, On-call, and rostering measures.
- Utilize labour percentage and productivity metrics for optimal labour management.
- Optimise appointment bookings to ensure effective use of labour hours.
- Implement effective stock management, maintaining reasonable levels and exploring cost-saving alternatives.
- Ensure timely and optimised billing across all site departments.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance/service repairs as per schedule.
- Collaborate with on-site management for rostering and recruitment to meet patient load demand.
- Resolve operational issues in collaboration with the Leadership Management Team and Radiologists.
- Proactively engage with referring doctors.
- Deliver exceptional care and service.
The successful applicant will require:
- A proven experience in a similar radiology managerial role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to drive performance and deliver results.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and patient care.
