Area Sales Manager - Livestock Central West NSW

Market leading animal health company seeking a new sales professional – Central West NSW.

If you are based in, or willing to relocate to a town within the territory, preferably Orange NSW, and are seeking a dynamic sales role that you can truly make your own, then we want to hear from you.

Reporting to the NSW Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will be:

• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key distributors, opinion leaders, rural retailers and livestock producers.
• Developing, implementing and controlling sales activity plans.
• Managing sales and expense budgets for the region.
• Reporting on sales activities and results.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Sales experience within the animal health or rural industries is preferred.
• Your ability to technically sell livestock animal health products into sheep and cattle programs and develop rapport with rural resellers and livestock producers alike will be critical to your success in this role.
• You will be a commercially focused individual who is able to demonstrate exceptional communication, organization, presentation, negotiation and planning skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in an agribusiness or technical discipline will be highly regarded.
• Graduates of Veterinary, Animal Science or similar disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
• A current driver's license and a willingness to travel throughout the territory on a regular basis are essential.

The successful applicant will be based within the Central West NSW Territory, with a preference for the region around Orange or Dubbo NSW.
