About the opportunity

Join us as an ASIC Administrator at our Belmont office where you’ll play a pivotal role in servicing our clients, accountants, and administration staff, ensuring business requirements are completed to a high standard!

Within this position you’ll have the opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Organising and verifying information against internal records to ensure the integrity of data.
  • Taking charge of diverse administrative and ASIC duties, ensuring compliance and precision.
  • Delivering outcomes in an accurate and timely manner, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
  • Handling incoming communications with efficiency whilst fostering smooth interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Playing a pivotal role in ASIC form preparation, lodgement, and maintenance of company registers using various systems.
  • Handle relief reception duties: welcome clients and visitors, manage phone calls, meetings, and correspondence as needed.

*Whilst prior ASIC experience is ideal, on the job training can be provided for the right candidate, especially if you’re a person who enjoys a challenge and your keen to grow your skillset.

About you

Your meticulous work ethic allows you to navigate various challenges and you are comfortable handling multiple tasks at once. You see yourself as adaptable, professional and you value a high level of accuracy in your work. 

Working independently and delivering results of a high standard whilst upholding confidentiality is second nature to you. Your effective communication skills have fostered strong stakeholder relationships in the past.

Strong numeracy skills and your confident manner of navigating various software systems combined with excellent attention to detail is what sets you apart. (Prior experience using NowInfinity /Nimbus software would be advantageous).
