About the Role
The Information Management Consultant is responsible for effective records and Information Management advice to Education staff and Sites in accordance with legislative requirements and departmental policies and procedures. The Consultant ensures consistency and integrity of the storage, disposal and life-cycle management of records and information in the department’s Electronic Documents and Records Management System (EDRMS) and various bespoke line-of-business systems.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
ASO5: $84,522 - $94,003 per annum plus superannuation
