About the Opportunity
The Adviser, Procurement Strategy is responsible for coordinating and undertaking the delivery and review of the department's strategic and functional plan. The role delivers a business partnering approach to support and inform executive, management and staff in the planning, implementation and management of procurement and contract management processes and activities and influences and facilitates best practice procurement processes across each division.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
ASO6: $97,022 - $102,626 per annum plus superannuation.
