AddressQueensland Road Construction is a family owned and run road construction business, based in Southeast Queensland. We provide road maintenance services to local authorities and private contractors and pride ourselves on delivering a superior service and results to our customers and clients.
The position is based in Brisbane and surrounding areas and is available for immediate start. The role requires both day and night shift and you will be required to work outdoors and at times in inclement weather. In general, shifts are Monday to Saturday, but occasional Sunday shifts may be required as our business is a 24/7 operation.

We have a number of positions available for the right candidates who possess a variety of the following skills:
-Experience as a paver operator
-Experience as a screed hand
-Experience as a roller operator
-Experience as an asphalt rake hand
Essential Skills:
- Current open drivers’ license, own reliable transport
- Ability to follow instruction, able to work independently & as part of the team
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Minimum 12 months experience in the asphalt industry

Experience:
- Bobcat Operation: 1 year (Required)
- Asphalt Work: 1 year (Required)
- Paver Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
Tickets and Licences:
- Construction Industry card
- Open drivers licence
- Roller, skid steer, excavator, front end loader operator tickets are favourable but not essential
